Balanced diet

Plenty of fresh fruits, green salads and food items with a lot of dietary fiber (such as whole wheat bread) are good for people of all ages. Also, reduce your intake of salt and sugar as much as possible.

Proper sleep

When we sleep, the body regenerates itself. Therefore, having proper sleep is one of the top anti aging tips followed by many people in entertainment business. However sleeping pills should be avoided at all cost. You can try natural tranquilizer such as warm milk. Relaxation through a hot shower or bubble bath will also help you fall asleep quickly.

Smoking and drinking

Everybody knows, smoking and excessive drinking are bad for health but only a few can steer clear of these injurious habits or can quit them. Remember, each time you drink excessively or smoke a cigarette, your life span reduces a few seconds and you become slightly more aged. Therefore saying no to smoking and drinking is another anti aging tip.

Exercise

Exercising is a must, not only to maintain a youthful appearance but also to keep various diseases at bay. Regular exercising will ensure you burn away all the extra kilos that accumulate as a natural result of aging. The skin also appears taut as the blood circulation under the skin increases because of exercising.

Supplements

There are a few anti aging supplements that you can take the chief among which is Resveratrol. Resveratrol has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and blood-sugar-lowering properties and is believed to reverse the aging process.
